Can never get through on the phone and they transfer and then cut u off or promise to call back and don't. Someone booked my car in for an estimate and when I took it wasn't booked in. No one knew anything about it. Too many people involved

Good personal service so long as you use the phone The website not very good and possibly tardily updated e.g by phoning got appt for service about 2 weeks earlier than on website and got an indication of price.
